SC Jati List 2020, एससी में कौन-कौन सी जाति आती है (SC Mein Kaun Kaun Si Jaati Aati Hai PDF List) अनुसूचित जातियों की सूची (scheduled caste list) इस प्रकार है।
सबसे पहले, अनुसूची क्यों कहा जाता है इसका कारण यह है कि वे भारत के संविधान की अनुसूची में से एक में शामिल हैं। हमारे संविधान में 12 अनुसूचियां हैं।

अनुसूचित जाति के लोग वही हैं जो पहले अछूत, जिसे दलित भी कहा जाता है। हिंदू पौराणिक कथाओं के अनुसार, वर्ण व्यवस्था में यह पांचवीं श्रेणी है। उन्हें अती शूद्र (अछूत) कहा जाता था। उन्होंने खुद को दलित या हरिजन (भगवान का पुत्र) नाम दिया है।



स्वतंत्र भारत में नए गठनों को अपनाने तक, अछूतों को कई सामाजिक प्रतिबंधों के अधीन किया गया था, जो भारत में उत्तर से दक्षिण तक गंभीरता में वृद्धि हुई थी। कई मामलों में, उन्हें शहर या गाँव की सीमा के बाहर बस्तियों में बंद कर दिया गया था। उन्हें कई मंदिरों, अधिकांश स्कूलों में, और उन कुओं में प्रवेश करने से मना किया गया था जहाँ से ऊँची जातियों ने पानी निकाला था। उनके स्पर्श को उच्च जाति के लोगों को गंभीर रूप से प्रदूषित करने के रूप में देखा गया, जिसमें बहुत उपचारात्मक अनुष्ठान शामिल थे।
