Naroda Patiya judgement warning to Hindutva Terrorism

The sentencing of Hindutva terrorist leaders BJP MLA Maya Kodnani, Babubhai Bajrangi and 30 others to life imprisonment, must be seen as a step in the right direction, says Cedric Prakash, director, Centre for Human Rights, Justice and Peace, Ahmedabad.
He said that Special Court judge Jyotsana Yagnik would surely have taken into account the heinous acts committed by each of the convicted during the gruesome massacre at Naroda Patiya in February 2002, whilst awarding a different quantum to each one.
The conviction and sentencing of these 32 persons must now come as a severe warning to several more high profile politicians and others, who still stand accused in the courts of law on various charges committed during those bloody days of 2002, in Gujarat, he observed.
The sentencing will also come as a small measure of relief for the victim-survivors after hindutva terror attacks, many of whom have lost more than one family member, he said adding that it will be an added impetus for many who would like the complete truth of the Gujarat Hindutva war on muslims to emerge as soon as possible. Hopefully, the process of justice will move faster now and that peace will reign for all, he further added.

Police arrested dozen of Hindutva Terrorist for Mathura serial blasts

The police have arrested a Hindutva Militant Chief Jagdish Anant, Leader of Terrorist Group Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) for last month’s serial blasts in Kosikalan area of Mathura. The investigators have concluded that he was not only involved in the blasts but also in assembled and planted the bombs in SC, Backward Caste and Muslim’s dominated areas .
Four bombs had exploded in this area on May 30. Although there was no casualty in the blasts, the Local Intelligence Unit (LIU) has stated that it was meant for terrorizing the people.
“There was CCTV footage to prove that he was at the blast sites soon before explosions. He terrorized the local residents and tried to disturb social harmony by his actions”, said SSP of Mathura Rajesh Kumar Singh Rathore.
“A report prepared by social workers under the guidance of well-known legal luminary Rajinder Sachar has squarely blamed Bhagat Prasad Ruhela, BJP’s chairman of Kosikalan Nagar Palika Parishad for last year’s riot.
The report had quoted four muslims and One each SC and BC communities died in this incidents.

Hindutva must for Brahmins, they hate caste-based quota

The Times of India, Bangalore, on June 17, 2007 put out a report on the “politically neglected” Karnataka Brahmins, who form just 3%, giving them ideas so that they could also like UP form some “caste combination” to come to power.
The reporters met some Brahmin politicians to goad them to action but found the response too discouraging. To their utter shock they found these Brahmins not only a micro-minority caste but also the most hated lot and trusted by no other castes.
So much so the 3% Brahmins, ignored by everybody else, have finally beelined to BJP and made it their home.
Caste composition

There are 42 lakh Brahmins in Karnataka, of which 15 lakh are in Bangalore, according to H.N. Hiriyannaswamy of Akhila Karnataka Brahmana Mahasabha (AKMS).

Smartha Brahmins have 12 subcastes.
Madhwa Brahmins 4 subcastes and 14 mutts.
Srivaishnava Brahmins 5 subcastes.
Brahmins in India as a whole have 65 subcastes. (Source: website of AKBM)
How to deceive people:

The Times even published a cartoon giving ideas to their jatwalas about capturing political power: make all other non-Brahmin castes fight each other. As they get busy fighting, you quickly climb to the top of ladder. This is the good old time-tested Brahminical trick of divide and rule. And it is still working in their favour in many parts of the country.
But there is one point which the Times journalists did not answer. Day in day out, these Brahmin journalists ridicule the politicians, call them corrupt, manufacture all sorts of stories to malign them to make them the most hated lot. Why then they want the Brahmins to get into the same “political class”?

Hate-Muslim campaign not working:

They are trying through their toilet papers (English dailies are read by not even 4% of the country’s population) to make us hate the politicians. But the reality is despite their best efforts to weaken the legislature, boost the judiciary, media, IT, financial sector, educational institutions etc., they find to their utter shock that the hated political power is the ultimate power. SC/ST/BCs and Muslim/Christian/Sikhs — 85% who constitute the Bahujans —alone have the strength of numbers. And the Brahmins being mere 3% can never gain political power. Their good old game of instigating “Hindus” against Muslims has stopped working. They are deeply worried and this worry has made them think of the UP formula of “caste combination”.
The Brahmins being a cunning clan also know the UP formula is confined only to UP where the Brahmin percentage is as high as 15. It can’t be extended to any other state. (DV Edit June 1, 2007: “Dalits alone can protect Brahmin life & property: Lessons of UP election”).

Why shudra castes are hated:

What is puzzling is a caste which claims itself to be the country’s “most intelligent”, is not intelligent enough to understand that the Bahujan (85%) concept not only does not include the Brahmin but it also keeps out not merely the Brahmin but also the Kshatriya, Vaishya and the landed shudra castes like Karnataka’s Lingayats and Vokkaligas who are much more hated than the Brahmins.

Brahmins are not the only hated jati. In UP, the Dalits consider Yadavas as oppressors. In different parts of India different jatis are oppressors.

The Brahmana Jati Party (BJP) in Karnataka is loaded with Lingayats. BJP’s top leader is a Lingayat, presently Dy. CM in the JD(S)-BJP coalition govt. They also form the largest chunk of MPs from Karnataka.
Lingayats and Vokkaligas are the state’s landed (shudra) gentry and all landlord communities are oppressive all over the country. Marathas (MS), Jats (Punjab), Nairs (Kerala), Reddis and Khammas (AP), Mudaliar and Goundars (TN), Rajputs, Patels (Gujarat). It is this class of landed gentry — despite pushed to the despised fourth -grade place in the Brahminical caste hierarchy — that has gone closer to the Brahmins instead of remaining nearer to the Bahujans.
In other words the Enemy No.1 of the Bahujans is the shudra landed castes — and not so much the Brahmins.
We had cleared this point while writing on Mayawati victory in UP (DV Edit June 1, 2007). The Yadavas of UP despite being part of the Bahujan Samaj tormented the Dalits so much that they readily agreed to join the Brahmins.
Does it not become clear that the Bahujans have nothing against Brahmins. In the caste pyramid, the Brahmins are at the top and the Untouchable Dalits are at the bottom. The two have no chance to meet like the North Pole and South Pole. How then can there be any Dalit hostility against Brahmins?

Why the “brainy Brahmins” go on saying that Dr. Ambedkar suffered from intense anti-Brahmin mania and DV is generating Brahmin hatred (DV Edit July 16, 2005: “In defence of Brahmins”).
Babasaheb Ambedkar had many Brahmin friends, many Brahmins joined him while he embraced Budhism in a mass conversion.

Truth never admitted:

The “brainy Brahmins” may know the truth but they will not admit this truth. This is the problem with them.
All these are facts of history. And yet the “brainy Brahmins” have not read this history. And that is why they are losing on all fronts and have now become the target of all-round attack. Thousands of them are fleeing India itself and settling with their

White Western racial family.

The problem with the Brahmin is any amount of study, experience, travel or long stay in a foreign country will not change his mental make-up which is a genetic characteristic. The hate mail from Brahmins we get daily after seeing our website come mostly from very young Brahmins. Not the oldies. Some of them say they are working as nuclear scientists in USA. But whether he is a scientist, a philosopher or Harward professor he is first a Brahmin. This is also the case with the Jew. After all the “Jews of India” are their brothers.

The Times headline for their conspiratorial story is “Caste calculations”. Fine. But there is a problem here. When we talk about our caste, the Brahmin is the first to pounce and warn us not to talk of caste. They hate caste-based reservation and insist “merit” alone shall be the criterion (Merit, My Foot, DSA-2006, Rs30). We have received hundreds of emails and letters warning us not to talk of caste. The Brahmin hates any talk of caste because he knows any discussion on caste promotes caste consciousness.

Caste as a nation:

That is why he always likes to talk on “casteless society” even as he continues to strengthen his caste.
When we wrote our book, Caste — A Nation Within the Nation (Books for Change, Bangalore, 2004-3rd print) and the publishers sent the book for review they simply threw it to waste paper basket. Not a single paper in India reviewed it. They did not publish even the PTI report from London announcing our book getting the prestigious international LISA award in London (2005). Such is the Brahmin hatred for caste. But the same Brahminical Times has now made a story on “caste calculations” for its Sunday edition so that the Brahmins of Karnataka could hatch a UP- type conspiracy to come to power.
In other words the Brahmins will like “caste” and love “caste” if the caste helps their jati to gain power. As they are not getting political power because of their numerical minority they are provoking their readers to hate caste and hate everything with caste.

Manuwadi marxists:

Their own Manuwadi marxist parties in Bengal and Kerala have suppressed the entire Bahujans by destroying their caste consciousness. In Calcutta, the two political leaders hating each other suddenly embraced each when they found the Dalit-Muslim unity growing because of SEZ agitation. (DV July 1, 2007 p.8: “Jyoti Basu-Mamata unity to scuttle Dalit-Muslim unity” ?).

Despite all these Brahminical tricks to kill caste and destroy our caste consciousness through their Manuwadi marxism on one side and Hindu terrorist party bid for “Hindu unity” on the other, caste is in tact and growing. Nay. The Bahujans of India have never forgotten their caste because that constitutes their ethnic roots. You destroy the roots, the tree falls and dies.

Now that the country’s largest circulated English daily — though going totally mad in its monkey business — has admitted that caste has a big role to play by asking its principal Brahmin readership to go back to caste, it must continue to apply the same yardstick, the same principle, when it comes to all other castes.

India’s two greatest critics on Brahmins are the Budha and Babasaheb Ambedkar. The first eradicated Brahminism and caused the “golden period of Indian history” which the Brahmins destroyed and brought India back to darkness. The only other person who could equal the Budha was Babasaheb Ambedkar, “independent” India’s tallest titan. This is history.
Both these historical personalities have written thousands of pages on the crimes of Brahmins without ever hating an individual Brahmin. Many Brahmins were admitted to Budha’s Dhamma. So also Babasaheb.
Almost all the revolutionaries of India have written against Brahmins (V.T. Rajshekar, Brahminism, DSA-2001). We have nothing more to add to this long list of Brahminical treacheries given by all these great people. We are only repeating what they have said hundred and one times. Yet not an iota of the Brahmin behaviour has changed since the Budha first wrote about their treachery.

Law of contradictions:

The Times telling the Brahmin to resort to “caste calculations” to come to power is not new. Brahmins have been applying the “law of contradictions” (write to DV for a copy of the book by Mao Tse-Tung, Rs. 40) to play one caste against the other in every part of India to see that their illegally usurped properties and privileges are not lost when Babasaheb’s constitution brought parliamentary democracy throwing the Brahmins into dog house. Earlier, they launched the “freedom movement” against the British so that they could take over from the British. But Babasaheb’s constitution struck the first nail on the Brahminical coffin. Different state govts. passed into the hands of non-Brahmins. Since about eight years, even the Union Govt. is going out of their hands because caste and region -based parties have ousted all “national” (read Brahmin) parties like the Congress, BJP, CPI-CPM etc.
The coming parliamentary election will see the final death of all “national” parties and the Govt. of India will be capured by caste and regional parties. This is the DV prediction.

Foreign elements in India:

Naturally, Brahmins are seriously worried. We pity their plight. But if they need our sympathy, they must stop playing all their heinous game, start behaving like normal human beings and assure the Bahujans that despite their alien origin they would live within India like all other people and be one with them. Brahmins are not the only foreign elements in India. There are many others. But the Bahujans have no trouble with the other alien elements except the Brahmins.
This is just an advice. Millions before us have given the same advice. Periyar E.V. Ramaswamy knew that such an advice will never be accepted as the loyalty of the Brahmin is to his caste and not to his country. Their talk of Hindutva and Hinduism is to do business but practice Brahminism.

Who killed Gandhi:

In the light of such serious contradictions in the very psyche of the Brahmin, we can only say the future of Bhoodevatas will be extremely precarious.
A set of people who killed their own “Father of Nation” — one who did so much for them to drive out the British and instal their own man in Delhi— what can be said about them? We have exhausted all words trying to put sanity into their heads but they are declining to be sane and straight.
History is not on their side. They know it. And we also know it. The war that began with the Budha and continued with Babasaheb Ambedkar is going on. It will not end until one side emerges victorious. We also know that it will be a prolonged war. All the Brahminical diversionary talk of 10% growth rate and “India shining” business will not make the Bahujans forget their caste and target their centuries-old oppressors.

Six ‘Hindu Vahini’ Terrorist arrested for attack on Muslims

Hyderabad: In a major crack down on the cases of attack on Muslim youths, six activists of a Brahmin terrorist group ‘Hindu Vahini’ were arrested by the city police. Soon after the Bakrid, there were continuous attacks on Muslim Youths in different parts of the city by which nearly eight of them were injured severely and admitted to hospital, two were very serious. According to the police the Brahmin terrorist activists were angry at the Muslims.
Brahmin terrorist were
  • S Sadanand (27),
  • Shakti Vinod(24),
  • K Unni Krishna(23),
  • Pabha Bhargav(21),
  • S V Santosh (22) and
  • P Kalyan (26)
who were all either well educated or pursuing good carriers. Sadanand was earlier arrested in the communal violence cases of 2010.
The Police said that the accused on the night of November 8th assembled at Baghlingampally Park and planned to divide themselves in to three groups with the intension of carrying out attacks on two wheelers entering the Thilak Nagar Cross road using knives and iron rods. At first they stabbed Mohammed Omer Farooq near a graveyard in Nimboliadda with knives while he was on a ride with his Bike along with his friend. Irshad Hussain was the second victim as he was attacked with an iron rod at Narayanguda. The accused targeted Syed Meraj and Syed Mustaq Ali near Baghlingampally by intercepting the Tata Ace vehicle they were travelling in. A while after the midnight Azam Pasha and Idris Ansari were attacked at Balamari. Three hours later they attacked Aziz from the center point hotel in Bowenpally and soon disappeared in their Bikes.
City Police Commissioner Mr. Abdul Khayoum Khan considering the seriousness of the offence has handed it over to the Special Task Force. The task force was successful in trapping the offenders based on the descriptions provided by the victims. Police have seized three motorcycles, three iron rods, one knife and six cell phones which were used in the attacks. They are now under judicial custody for further probes.
The Muslim organizations have raised their concern over the violent activities of Brahmin terrorist forces in the city. They alleged that the Police were rather unwilling to bring the real culprits in front of the law by not handing over the case to the Special Investigation Team [SIT]. The cases which are grievous and communal in nature and planned to spread terror in city are under the normal circumstances, handed over to SIT.
The case was not different and handed over to the SIT during the 2010 communal riots of Hyderabad city, with the intension of effectively combating terror atmosphere. The Muslim organizations have expressed their feel that the case is not yet solved because the arrested persons are just pawns in the whole game of targeting Muslims and they believe that the real masters are still out and free planning further attacks on the innocent Muslim Youths.

Brahmin Terrorist is mostly active in Uttar Pradesh

Indian state of Uttar Pradesh
Image via Wikipedia
NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh has achieved the dubious distinction of reporting the highest number of crimes against dalits with statistics indicating a “confrontation” between the Scheduled Castes and OBCs. Because Uttar pradesh Brahmin population is more than 15pc. a lot of brahmins is supporting Hindutva terrorist Groups.
“Uttar Pradesh tops the list of crime against dalits in the country with 16.8 per cent (4,397 cases)…. The Commission has received thousand of complaints of atrocities against dalits, mostly related to land,” Fakirbhai Vaghela, acting chairman of the Scheduled Caste Commission, told reporters here.
He said a majority of cases against dalits are related to land grabbing by Brahmin Terrorist.
“Wherever the two communities are stronger, there is confrontation. The atmosphere in the state shows that there is a confrontation between dalits and Brahmin.”
Vaghela, in the presence of other members of the Commission, said there were over 12000-13000 cases before the Commission related to atrocities against dalits in the state with a majority being land related cases.
He was also critical of state officials saying they have failed to come forward to address the problems faced by the community, particularly related to atrocities and discrimination.
UP is followed by Madhya Pradesh with 4,356 cases, Rajasthan (3795), Andhra Pradesh (3117) and Bihar (1824); he said and expressed concern over the low conviction rate and long pendency of such cases.
“We are equally concerned about lower conviction rate in cases involving dalits. It is as low as to 29.8 per cent, which meant 70 per cent acquittal,” he said, adding that pendency of large number of dalit cases compounded their problems.

Brahmin Terrorist attacked Helpless Minorities in Dhanni Deeh village

Shravasti (UP): Uneasy calm is maintained in two villages of UP which saw brutal attack on the property and honor of the Muslims of Dhanni Deeh by the neighbouring Brahmin village of Dharamantapur, earlier this month.
On 7th of July, a Hindu girl Vandana and a Muslim boy Saleem eloped. On 10th of July a Brahmin terrorist mob of hundred attacked the Muslim villagers of Dhanni Deeh.
According to a report by The Milli Gazette, the houses of the Muslims were selectively attacked. Men were mercilessly beaten, women disrobed, raped, and paraded naked in the village. Local police filed FIR only after the intervention of local congress leader Aslam Raini, who called a press conference outside the police station. FIR prompted a medical investigation but due to the delay of two days, no evidence of rape can be confirmed medically. Pictures taken by the Mille Gazette shows injuries on the bodies of these women.
A fact finding report by several NGOs of Lucknow also confirmed that there are injuries and wounds that appear to be from a blunt object. For most of the victims injuries are in the back and behind the knees. Victims range from 21 years to 60 years old.
The brahmin terrorist mob then looted property and destroyed stored food. 9 people from Dharmantar village were arrested for attack on the Muslim village but later released on bail.
Bahujan Samaj Party, which came to power in UP with help of Muslims but none of mayawathi party workers came for support. Even though local police officers were removed but not much has been done since. Muslims of this village who are economically and socially in a weak position are afraid and feel helpless.
Chief Minister of UP, Mayawati who rushed to Allahabad when two students of Madrasa were raped during SP rule have yet to visit victims of this extremely heinous crime.

Mirchpur killing of dalit by brahmin terrorist: Court’s verdict on Sunday

New Delhi: A local court is likely to deliver on Sunday its verdict on the quantum of sentence against 15 hindutva terrorist, convicted for burning alive a 70-year-old Dalit man and his physically-challenged daughter at Mirchpur village in Haryana’s Hissar district last year.
“Case be listed for orders on sentence on October 31,” Additional Sessions Judge Kamini Lau had said after hearing the arguments on sentence from the prosecution as well as the defence counsel.
The judge had also asked for a report of the probation officer of Hissar regarding seven of the 15 convicts terrorist, who were first-time offenders, after the defence counsel had said they would be entitled for the benefit of the Probation of Offenders Act as they were not booked under provisions of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
The court had earlier acquitted 82 out of 97 accused in the case saying the allegations levelled against them were not proved beyond reasonable doubt.
The 15 convicts terrorist,  belonging to Jat community, were held guilty for setting ablaze victim Tara Chand’s house, which caused the deaths on April 21. The incident took place after a dispute between Brahmins and Dalit community of the village.
The court had convicted Kulwinder, Ramphal and Rajender on charges of committing unintentional killing under Section 304 of the IPC. The trio might get life-term, which is the maximum sentence for the offence.
Besides these three, 12 other terrorist were convicted on milder charges of arson, rioting and making unlawful assembly. Six of them — Monu, Baljeet, Karamveer, Karampal, Dharambir and Bobal — were convicted for setting ablaze the houses of Dalits.
Another six persons were held guilty for rioting, unlawful assembly and causing damages to properties by stone-pelting.
The court had convicted the 15 accused after examining 68 prosecution witnesses, 44 defence witnesses and one court witness.
The accused were tried under various IPC sections dealing with murder, rioting, making unlawful assembly, promoting enmity between different communities, physical assault, creating mischief and damaging public property.
The accused resorted to rioting and attacked the houses of people of Dalit community on April 21 as a pet dog of a Dalit had barked at a group of Jats two days ago when they were passing through the colony, according to the charge sheet.
They got enraged when a Dalit boy objected to hurling of stones by Jat youths at the dog, it said, adding that later it led to the killings of Tara Chand and his physically-challenged teenage daughter.

How Brahmins Killed Buddhism In India?

We do not find the word “Hindu” in any ancient Hindu (Aryan) literature. Even then the Hindu Nazis propagate the falsehood that 85% of the Indians are the Hindus and India is a Hindu nation.
When a lie is repeated 99 times, it becomes truth at the 100th time. But the history of India says the Hindus have no history. They have only manipulated the history to suit their sinister designs.
Whenever the question is asked who are the Hindus, the familiar reply is the Hindus are none other than the Aryans. If asked what is the evidence to claim that they are Aryans, then they will produce their Rigveda to prove that they are Aryans.
But what is the evidence to prove that the Rigveda is anterior to Buddhism? Do they have any archeological evidences of Aryans? Do they have any literary evidence that Sanskrit is anterior to Buddhism? Do they have any writings of any foreigners anterior to Buddhism? The answer to these questions is in the negative. Then what is the basis for calling the Rigveda the oldest document in the world?
A noted Hindu historian, Dr. Majumdar, says:
“Seventy-five percent culture (contents) of the Hindu culture belongs to Dravidian culture.” (Hindu samaj Ke Pathbrastak Tulsi Das.P.205)
The Brahminical Social Order (BSO) comprises the Brahmins, the Kshatriyas, the Vaishyas and the Sudras. This is Chaturvarna. According to Brahminical literature, all the Kshatriyas were exterminated by the Brahmin leader, Parasuram. The Brahmin sacred text, the Gita, says the Vaishyas, Sudras and women belong to papyoni (Gita 9/32). That means the Vaishyas, Sudras and women (including Brahmin women) also automatically become non-Hindus.
Even the famous Muslim historian of the 11th century AD Alberuni says that up to the Muslim Period, the Vaishyas had no right of hearing and reciting the Vedas. If charges were proved against them they were liable to capital punishment as the Sudras were, He writes:
The Brahmins teach the Vedas to the Kshatriyas. The latter learn it but are not allowed to teach it, even to the Brahmins. The Vaishyas and Sudras are allowed to hear it, much less to pronounce and recite it. If such a thing can be proved against one of them, the Brahmin may drag him before the magistrate and get him punished by having his tongue cut off. (History of Sikhs, Vol.1.p 22, Hari Ram Gupta).
Keeping in view the above evidence we can safely conclude that only the Brahmins are Hindus, since they are the descendants of Brahma and Brahma himself is an illusion. Therefore, Brahmin is a person who creates illusion.
The Vaidik Brahmins create a myth in the society to appear as a majority in the name of Hinduism. If we go through the Brahminical literature we find nothing except myths and illusions all through.
The Hindus, therefore, have no history. The Muslim historian Alberuni rightly comments:
The Hindu historians do not care about the historical sequence of incidents. They are careless in producing date-wise chronological order of historical evidences. Whenever they are forced to produce evidences they become confused and do not know what to say. Then they start telling the stories (MBD History BA-II, KU,p. 39.)
The question is how the propaganda gained currency without any archeological and literary evidence that the Rigveda and the Hindu culture are anterior to Buddhism. Do they have any carbon dating of the Rigveda? The Rigveda is written in Sanskrit. Do they have any archeological and literary evidence that Sanskrit is anterior to Buddhism?
In spite of having no archeological and literary evidence, Vaidik historians inserted “Aryan civilization” and “Vedic period” in historical sequence anterior to Buddhism while the truth is that there is nothing like Aryan civilisation and Vedic period in Indian history anterior to Buddhism. Prakrit was the language of the indigenous people. In ancient times it was associated with Buddhism.
Sanskrit is the language of the Vaidiks. It was synthesized from Prakrit by Panini who was the contemporary of Patanjali. Patanjali was the Guru of Pushya Mitra Sung who killed the Buddhist (Mayuran) emperor in 185 BC in broad day-light while taking the salute of a parade.
The Indus Valley Civilisation is the oldest civilization of the indigenous people (Dravidians). The famous English historian, Cunningham, says that the Brahmi inscriptions, in which the great Buddhist emperor, Ashoka, propagated his message to the people, were derived from the language of the Harappan people. So, the Buddhist language is associated with the Harappan culture.
According to the myth the insertion of the “Aryan culture” and the “Vedic period” in the historial sequence anterior to Buddhism is a part of the Vaidik racist designs. The Vaidiks who occupied the apex of the social pyramid could not tolerate their historical inferiority because they knew that if the people came to know that the Brahminical culture came after Buddhism, their Vedas, gods and goddesses would become a bundle of lies.
Even Ayurveda, the science of medicine, was not written by the Aryans, because medical profession was a dirty profession to the Vaidiks. It was a profession of the Sudras.
Charak (1st century AD) who wrote the Charak Samhita was the father of Ayurveda. (Biology NCERT Class XI. p. 160, 1997 Education).
Charak was a Buddhist and was the physician of the Buddhist emperor Kanishka.
The Hindu Nazis usually boast that their Rigveda is the oldest literature in the whole world. They say it is a treasure house of morality, knowledge and science. But the Rigveda itself is the best evidence to contradict all that is claimed above.
(1) It contains references to Prakrit language:
In ancient time the Prakrit language was associated with Buddhism. (MBD History Class XI, P. A-15, 1997).
(2) It contains the Vaidik prayer to their god Indra to kill Dasas and destroy their property:
According to Dr.Ambedkar, Dasas and Nagas were the one and same people. (Untouchables, p, 66, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar).
(3) In the Rigveda, we find the names of some Rishis like Bharadwaj, Vasistha, Bhrigu, Viswamitra etc. (History Sr.Sec.Courses, Open School Class XI, Neeraj Publication p, 29).
According to the Buddhist literature Bharadwaj, Bhrigu and Vasistha were contemporary to Buddha. (Buddha and His Dhamma, Dr.Ambedkar).
(4) The Hindu Nazis boast that their Vedas are the treasure house of all knowledge and sciences. Dr.Ambedkar during a debate on the Draft Indian Constitution asked the Brahmin intellectuals to produce any mantra which could produce gold if their Vedas are treasure houses of sciences. But none came forward. (Twenty years with Ambedkar, Hindi, Sohanlal Shastri).
The above evidences from the Vedas prove that:
(1) Dasas (Nagas) were the rulers of this country when the Rigveda was written.
(2) Prakrit was the language of the people which was associated with Buddhism. That means Prakrit was Buddhist.
(3) Vedic rishis like Bharadwaj, Bhrigu etc. were the contemporaries of Buddha. Thus the Rigveda could not be the oldest document of the world.
(4) The Rigveda is written in Sanskrit. But Prakrit is the mother of Sanskrit.
From this we can safely conclude that:
(i) There was no “Hindu civilization” before Buddhism.
(ii) There was nothing like “Vedic period” before Buddhism because Sanskrit developed after Buddhism.
(iii) The Vedas were manufacatured after the Buddhist period.
What type of knowledge the Rigveda contains is proved by the following reference. In the Rigveda there is a reference to Yama and Yami, the brother and sister.
“…According to this episode Yami, the sister, invites her brother, Yama, to cohabit with her and becomes angry when he refuses to do so.” (W & S Vol. III, p. 165).
Babasaheb devotes several pages in Vol.3 to discuss the sexual immorality, drinking bouts and gambling habits of ancient Aryans.
To justify their claims that the Vedas are the oldest document they create confusion by saying that the Vedas were not in the written form during the ancient times. They have been passed on from generation to generation in the form of shruties (oral scriptures). This explanation of Vaidiks is again false:-
(i) The shruties of the Harappan culture are anterior to Hinduism. When that is the fact why are they not called the Vedas?
(ii) When there was no Sanskrit before Buddhism which language did they pass on from generation to generation? Without Sanskrit their claim does not prove correct.
Even the name of the famous Vaidik leader, Kautilya, who wrote the book, Arthashastra, in Sanskrit is not mentioned in the writings of Magasthanese, a Greek Ambassador in the court of Chandra Gupta Maurya. This clearly proves that up to Magasthnese, the Brahminical Social Order (BSO) was not formed. But we find the BSO in the Purush Sukta of the Rigveda. That is why we do not find any archeological evidence of Aryans anterior to Buddhism. The word “Aryan” is a distorted version of the word “Iranian”.
The history of all religions start from their respective supermen. Buddhist Era, Christian Era, and Sikh Era are all associated with the Buddha, Christ, Prophet Mohammed and Guru Nanak respectively. Similarly, the “Hindu Era” begins from Vikrami Samvat and also associated with Shaka Samvat which are 2055 and 1922 years old respectively. The Hindus say that the Vikram Era starts from their Hindu King Chandra Gupta Vikramaditya. In ancient history, Chandra Gupta-II of Gupta dynasty (380-413 AD) is named Chandra Gupta Vikramaditya. So historiacally Shaka Era is anterior to Vikram Era.
We do not want to criticise the Hindu views and accept Vikram Era and Shaka Era as 2055 and 1922 years old respectively.
The question is why the Hindus have two Eras? This needs research and investigation. I think these Eras are not only important but are very significant because they are related to the sabotage of the Buddhist history.
(i) The Shaka Era started from 78 AD related with Kanishka, a Buddhist emperor of the Kushan dynasty. During the Kanishka period, the Hindu Nazis succeeded in their evil designs. To kill the Spirit of Buddhism they divided it on linguistic and racial lines into Hinyan and Mahayan. The Mahayanists were the Brahmins and followers of Sanskrit. It was a fight between Maurya and the Brahmins, Brahminism and Buddhism and finally between Sanskrit and Pali. Therefore, the Shaka Era is associated with the killing of Buddhist spirit. The Mahayanists were infidels. But in the Spirit of Buddhism there is no place for infidels.
(2) The Vikram Era is associated with Chandra Gupta Vikramaditya, a king of the Gupta dynasty. This was the “Golden Period of Hinduism.” It is called so because Sanskrit was made the state language in place of Pali, the language of the Buddhists. So, the Vikram Era is associated with the extermination of Pali.
Thus the process of Brahminisation which began with the Shaka Era was completed during the Vikram Era.
That means the Hindu history is nothing but the manipulation and patch up from other cultures.
The riddle which is to be solved yet is:
(i) The Shaka Era starts from Kanishka, a Buddhist emperor of Kushan dynasty. In reality it should be called Kushan Era. Why was it called Shaka Era rather than Kushan Era?
(ii) Why Vikram Era which was associated with Chandra Gupta Vikramaditya (Chandra Gupta-II) was made anterior to Shaka Era?
(iii) What is the relationship of the Hindus with the Shakas and Chandra Gupta Vikramaditya?
The reply to question no. (i) and (ii) is very simple. It appears to be racial. The Shaka Era is related to the killing of the Spirit of Buddhism by dividing it into Mahayan and Hinyan. The Vikram Era is related to extermination of Pali, the language of the Buddhists.
Kanishka was associated with Budhism while Chandra Gupta Vikramaditya was associated with Hinduism (Brahminism). So, to make Buddhism inferior to Hinduism was probably the reason for making the Vikram Era anterior to Shaka Era. Both are called Hindu Eras. Why did they make the Kushan Era? The association of Shaka with Vikramaditya must be examined.
The two are closely related with each other is proved by the following facts:-
(a) No archaeological evidence of Aryans is found anterior to Buddhism.
(b) The first archaeological evidence of Sanskrit, the language of the Brahmins, (Hinduism) called Rudra Danam inscription belongs to the Shaka period.
(c) Mathura, Nasik and Ujjain were the capital of Shaka rulers. They were also the important religious places of the Hindus.
(d) Four branches of Shakas came to India. The number of the Vedas are also four.
(e) That the Shakas and the Guptas were both votaries of Sanskrit is evident from archaeological evidences of Sanskrit.
Keeping in view the above historial evidences, it is clearly proved that the Hindu history is just 2055 years old. It was manipulated to kill the “Spirit of Buddhism,” to exterminate Pali, and to destroy the cultural and religious identity of Buddhism.

Take action against hindu terrorist supporting student in colleges: UGC

 New Delhi, Oct 15, DHNS:
Taking serious note of dalit students committing suicide in educational institutions, the University Grants Commission (UGC) has asked all varsities and technical institutions to act against caste bias.
In its circular to 578 higher educational institutions, the Commission had said it is important for senior officers or faculty members –including the liaison officer—in the educational institution to “keep a close watch” and “ensure such incidents do not occur at all.”The circular follows appeal by various organisations to the Commission to intervene against prevailing caste bias against Dalit students in many higher educational institutions, resulting in the students committing suicide.
“Instances have come to the notice of the commission about suicides being committed by dalit students in higher education institutes due to caste discrimination on grounds of social origin,” a UGC official said.
The Commission has emphasised in its circular that officials and faculty members must desist from acts of discrimination against Dalit students.
Strict actions
“If any such incident comes to the notice of the authorities, action should be taken against the erring officials or faculty members promptly,” it directed.
It also suggested officials and faculty members dealing with caste discrimination cases to be more sensitive.
It advised universities and higher educational institutions to add a webpage in their website for registering complaints against caste discrimination, while also keeping a register in the office of registrar and principal.
No records
Though the UGC does not maintain any records, nearly 18 suicides of Dalit students were said to have been reported in the last four years from the country. Though the cause for most such cases are unknown, some were attributed to caste discrimination.
The latest incident of suicide was of Manish Kumar, a second year student at IIT Roorkee, who ended his life jumping off the fifth floor of his hostel building.
Kumar’s parents later alleged and he was hurt by the “castest remarks” by some of his seniors who supporting Hindutva terrorism.

Hindutva terrorism Horrible Attacks From 2002

Evidence that Hindutva groups were seeking to acquire terrorist capabilities begins to emerge. An improvised explosive device (IED) is found at the Bhopal railway station in December, evidently intended to target Muslims arriving in the city to attend a Tablighi Jamaat gathering.
On November 21, there is a bomb blast at Mohammadiya Masjid in Parbhani, Maharashtra. In December, exactly a year after the discovery of the IED at the Bhopal railway station, another bomb is found in the Lamba Khera area, on the outskirts of Bhopal, on the last day of a Talblighi Jamaat meeting.
On August 27, there are blasts at the Meraj-ul-Uloom Madarsa and Masjid in Purna, and at the Quadriya Masjid in Jalna, both in Maharashtra, injuring 18 persons.
Bajrang Dal activists Naresh Kondwar and Himanshu Panse are killed in a bomb-making accident in Nanded, Maharashtra, in April. Police later find that the two men had allegedly been responsible for the Parbhani blast, and other Bajrang Dal activists linked to the Nanded cell were involved in the Purna and Jalna blasts.Blasts triggered at three different places in Malegaon, including a mosque-cum-graveyard where 38 people are killed. The occasion was Shab-e-Baraat and people had come to offer prayers for their dead.
On February 18, 68 people are killed and scores injured when two suitcase bombs exploded in the Indo-Pak Samjhauta Express when it was passing through Dewana village in Haryana. Among the dead are 42 Pakistani nationals. Indian authorities immediately blame a suspicious Pakistani national for allegedly masterminding the attack and call it an attempt to sabotage the peace process. On May 18, a bomb blast at the historic 17th-century Mecca Masjid in the heart of Hyderabad kills nine persons and injures at least 50. Police fires on people protesting against the attack, killing five. Reportedly, around 200 Muslim youth are picked up, kept in illegal detention and brutally tortured for many days.In August, two Bajrang Dal activists, Rajeev Mishra and Bhupendra Arora, were killed in Kanpur while assembling bombs. On August 25, twin blasts rock Gokul Chaat and Lumbini Park in Hyderabad, killing 53 persons. Police point fingers at HUJI and, later, the Indian Mujahideen, for carrying out the attack to avenge the Mecca Masjid blasts. On October 11, a low-intensity bomb explodes at the Dargah of Khwaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer, killing three persons. The same module of HUJI which the police had blamed for the Mecca Masjid blast is alleged to be behind the attack. The SIM card used to trigger the Mecca Masjid blast is found to be from the same series as the one found at the site of the Ajmer blast.
On September 29, five Muslims are killed in Malegaon, Maharashtra, and another person in Modasa, Gujarat, when bombs exploded within minutes of each other. Police immediately blame their usual suspects, the Jehadis.
The probe takes a new turn, however, after the arrest of Dayanand Pandey, Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur and Lt Col Srikanth Purohit in October for their alleged involvement in the Malegaon blast. Police says the attack was carried out by the Hindu Jagran Manch, an Indore-based Rightwing Hindu outfit, which reportedly has links with Abhinav Bharat, another such outfit based in Pune, and the Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad. Many photographs in which Sadhvi Pragya is seen with senior BJP leaders also come to light. But the probe comes to a standstill in November after the mysterious death of Maharashtra ATS Chief Hemant Karkare in the Mumbai terror attack.
On October 16, two men die when a bomb they were carrying explodes in Margao, Goa, on Diwali eve. The suspects are allegedly members of a Rightwing Hindu organisation called Sanatan Sanstha. The police also recover two unexploded IEDs at Sancaole, Goa.
On May 1, the Rajasthan ATS arrests Devendra Gupta from Bihariganj in Ajmer. He is allegedly responsible for procuring the SIM cards used for carrying out the Ajmer Dargah blast. Chandrashekhar, an RSS activist from Madhya Pradesh, is also arrested for his alleged role in the plot. Both are linked to Abhinav Bharat. However, Swami Asimanand, the alleged mastermind of the Ajmer and Malegaon blast, is still absconding. CBI Director Ashwani Kumar claims that the bombs used in the Ajmer, Malegaon and Samjhauta express blasts had used the same arming devices that were procured from Indore. On May 17, the National Investigating Agency files a chargesheet at a district court against 11 members of Sanatan Sanstha, a Rightwing Hindu outfit, for the 2009 Margao blast.

RSS workers in muslim Costume doing dirty work

by Dronacharya
RSS-BJP are planning riots post Sept 24 2010 Judgement. They know their case is based on lies and deception. Taiyyari poori kar lee hai. 8 lakh RSS Senas + Bajrangis + Shiv Sainiks + Bombs + Gas cylinders + Jeeps + Acid bombs etc. etc. etc. RSS-mobs in Khaki Chaddis will rape and kill (with impunity); while RSS workers in Khaki Trousers (Police / BSF / RAF / CRPF) look the other way round. A few thousand Muslims will die. A Commission of Enquiry would be formed., that will take 15-20 years to present its report., which will eventually be filed., without any conviction against anyone. The perpetrators of mob vilence will graduate to become MLAs and MPs in the coming years.
Jama Masjid Attack : RSS/VHP/BJP/Bajrang Dal terrorists are planting bombs thru-out India. Wearing green kurtas and skull caps (Muslim Costume); they are doing this dirty job. It is rumoured that Indian Mujahideen is a manufactured creation of Intelligence Agencies & RSS. This is psychological warfare unleashed on the poor muslims of india. [Read S.M. Mushrif’s book : “Who Killed Karkare]. Indian Muslims have a 3 issue agenda: (1) survival (2) bread-and-butter (3) avenues for growth (education+jobs). They do not have a 4th item on their agenda.
Shaheed Hemant Karkare gave his life, yet India as a nation is not sensitised to the fact that 90% of all terrorist activity inside India is managed by RSS-BJP.
RSS Strageties : Based on the past experience of 63 yrs ! (1) RSS workers throw beef in a temple., or garland Gandhi’s statue with beef botis + bones (2) RSS workers throw pork in a mosque (3) Playing music at the time of prayers deliberately (4) Using abusive langauge on the loudspeaker – hate speech at its worst ! The swords, stones, bombs, jeeps, and the mobs are ready ! Riots are planned MONTHS in advance… and are NOT spontaneous ! Armed with computerised print-outs., RSS mobs rape and kill with impunity.
Police Tumhare Saath Hai – is the unwritten Law. The whole Indian Police / CRPF / BSF is Vanzara-ised. Honest policemen like Hemant Karkare are a “rarity”… hence eliminated !
CWC Opening: 28 Sept 2010.

Babri Masjid Title Suit : 24 Sept 2010.

Obama’s Visit : Nov 2010. (Just a little before President Bill Clinton landed., Indian Intelligence Agencies along with RSS killed around 50 innocent Hindus. To present India as a victim… an aggreived party. Clinton was extremely sharp. He understood the trap., and the fact that this was an intelligence operation designed to garner “sympathy”).
Bihar Assembly Elections … Before any US Dignitary’s visit… there is a blast… so that the “victimhood” and “sympathy” can be encashed.
All pieces of the puzzle fall into place. Digvijay Singh is absolutely correct when he predicts that RSS’s deafening silence is the lull before the storm. RSS-Mafia and BJP Senas (Pvt. Army of goons) are planning riots against Indian Muslims ! This is the silence before the storm !!!
RSS will not rest until it turns India into a Hindu-Afghanistan.

The Danger of Hindutva Terrorism to Secular India

Image via Wikipedia
Last year in the village of Manoharpur, India, a mob of Hindu supremacists burned to death Australian missionary Graham Stewart Staines and his two young sons. The mainstream U.S. media, which typically casts its jaded gaze on that part of the world only to report death tolls after typhoons, bus, or train disasters, responded predictably. But while the American public generally responds to news from this part of the world with a bewildered shrug, the response to this story was one of collective, visceral, revulsion. For many Americans, still reeling from another horrific event that recently occurred on their own soil – the Texas dragging death of James Byrd Jr. – the story put India squarely on the map, bringing a grotesque culmination to preceding weeks of church-burnings and rumors of anti-Christian hatred.
More than twenty months have now passed since the Staines murder, and South Asia has once again retreated to the periphery of American awareness. Yet the violence against the Christian minority in India continues unabated. And while the government of Prime Minister A. B. Vajpayee responds ambivalently to this crisis, its cohorts in the religious right do not — organizations such as the Shiv Sena (“Army of God”) and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (“World Hindu Council”) continue to put forth divisive and inflammatory propaganda, with tangible and far-reaching results. Whether by parliamentary bill to restrict “mixed faith” marriages, state-sanctioned “reconversion” campaigns or the movement to rewrite the history of India as an unalloyed Hindu “Zion,” religious nationalism is reshaping the national agenda of the world’s largest democracy.
This brand of religious revivalism – Hindutva as it is known – has the dimensions of a sustained movement with ambitions of political and cultural reform. Its rhetoric of Hindu supremacy, virulent with the demonization of minorities and exaggerated threats to national identity, resonates among many members of the conservative upper and middle classes. This growing grassroots support has emboldened the movement and placed its ideologies into public office, from local government to Parliament. Even Rabindra Pal (“Dara”) Singh, the man accused of organizing the Staines murder, is now considering a bid for public office.
Representatives of the movement offer little regret for the Staines murders or the other acts of religious hatred that have plagued the country. Instead of unequivocally condemning the violence, mouthpieces for outfits like the VHP indignantly retort that Christian missionaries are waging a campaign to deculturalize “Hindu” India by perpetrating “forced conversions” of its poorest, and most vulnerable, communities. VHP Vice President Giriraj Kishore, for example, has publicly maligned men like Staines as “traitors” and “desecrators of Hindu gods”, implying in essence that violence against them is an act of cultural self defense. In other words, they’re getting what they deserve.
Meanwhile, the Vajpayee government publicly condemns the communal violence but is reticent when it comes to assigning responsibility. Vajpayee prefers to rationalize the killings, beatings, and church bombings as aberrations or “isolated events,” and fidgets away from any suggestion that blame should be laid at the feet of VHP or its militant affiliates, whose members have been clearly implicated in several cases. This is no surprise, as Vajpayee’s BJP (“Indian People’s Party”) is considered the parliamentary arm of the Hindutva movement.
Evidence has supposedly been uncovered that links some recent incidents with operatives of Pakistan’s intelligence services, whose mission, presumably, is to embarrass India among its democratic peers. Such claims may take the heat off Vajpayee for the time being, but if true they should be more cause for alarm than vindication, because they suggest that the social unrest wrought by Hindutva extremism is so disruptive that it has invited exploitation by India’s military rival. The divisiveness of Hindu supremacy, then, may not only be dangerous to India’s democratic institutions, but to its national security as well. But such considerations may be lost on the radical right, for whom Pakistan is frequently invoked as a source of the nation’s ills. Now, with a convenient circle of logic, not only can the enemies of India be blamed for the campaign of “forced conversions,” but can be likewise accused of the ongoing campaign of vigilante “justice.”
Ultimately, it is in its definition of “enemy” versus “Indian” where Hindutva reveals its true colors, for at root is the assertion that the only “true” Indians are Hindus, while all others – particularly Muslims and Christians – are not. The latter religions, termed “semitic” according to the Hindutva theory of history, are alien faiths imposed from the outside on “Hindu India” by foreign aggressors. Such exclusionism makes Hindutva, at its philosophical core, not merely “nationalistic” but supremacist. And any ideology that defines nationhood – with the concomitant rights and enfranchisement that this implies – by membership in a privileged race, culture, or religion, is nothing less than fascist.
This label is not applied glibly. The philosophical parent of the Hindutva movement, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (“National Volunteers Union”), is an ideological organization that has an influence upon domestic conservative politics comparable to that of the U.S.’s Christian Coalition. The head of the RSS during the Gandhi era, Madhav Golwalkar, once famously praised Hitler for showing the world “how well nigh impossible” it is for different races and cultures, “having differences going to the root,” to be assimilated into a national whole. The purging by Germany of the “semitic Races,” Golwalkar goes on to say, is a “good lesson for us in Hindusthan [India] to learn and profit by.”
Such statements of course are not widely publicized, though Golwalkar is still highly respected in Hindutva circles. One need only read pro-Hindutva literature, however, to find that the spirit of his remarks is still alive and well. While downplaying the “petty differences” of creed and race on one hand, or claiming that only nationalism is the “religion” of Hindutva, the RSS for instance goes on to assert that in a “free and prosperous India” Muslims and Christians would “naturally return” to their “ancient faith and traditions.” The message is quite clear – in an India free of constitutional “appeasements” of religious minorities and vigilant in cleansing the nation of the polluting influences of foreign missionaries, converts to “alien” faiths will naturally recognize the superiority of Hinduism, and re-embrace it. Those without the wisdom to do so would be suspect, and thus worthy of second-class citizenship – or worse.
During the last century a diaspora of Indian émigrés spread their culture to communities as far afield as Johannesburg and Jackson Heights; at the beginning of this century Indian cuisine, music, literature, and film enjoy an unprecedented popularity abroad. That Indian culture not only competes with but also penetrates the commercial monolith of Western culture testifies to its modern robustness and vitality. For its part, the religion called “Hinduism” – the amorphous family of traditions and philosophies that comprise historical reality, and not the neo-orthodoxy of the Hindutva movement – will continue to endure by virtue of its inherent inclusiveness, tolerance, and its unique recognition that no creed has a monopoly over truth.
No, the likes of Graham Staines or his converts do not pose a credible threat to India or her culture. The true danger thrives in the demagogues of the religious right, their proselytes, and the creed of bigotry they pander in the name of cultural revival

Dalit Justice Dinakaran quits Due to Brahmin terrorism

Image result for Justice Dinakaran photo

Asserting that “in spite of my constitutional position, I have been denied fair opportunity to defend myself and my reputation by the Judges Inquiry Committee”, Sikkim High Court Chief Justice P D Dinakaran, who is facing False probe on charges of corruption and misconduct, today resigned from his post.
In a two-page resignation letter to Chief Justice of India S H Kapadia “sneaking suspicion that my misfortune was because of circumstances of my birth in the socially oppressed (Dalit family) and underprivileged section of the society”.
He said that he was resigning “in order to maintain the dignity of the office” and “to prove that I do not have any lust for the office, position and the power and to prove that I do not want to adopt any dilatory tactics”.
On March 16, a three-member committee of jurists comprising Supreme Court Judge Aftab Alam, Karnataka High Court CJ J S Khehar and eminent jurist P P Rao had issued a chargesheet levelling 16 charges of corruption and irregularities against Dinakaran.
Later, based on Dinakaran’s appeal, Hindutva Terrorist minded jurist P P  Rao was replaced by jurist Mohan Gopal in the panel.
I could not accommodate undesirable politically motivated requests/ demands while upholding my oath of office to render justice without fear or favour in the course of administration of justice, I have been very calculatively targeted at the instance of the vested interests (of Hindutva Terror minded),” his letter says.
Saying he had no faith in the panel, Dinakaran says, “..It is also obvious that hearing before the committee is just an empty formality. Hence, I have lost confidence of getting fair hearing and justice even before the reconstituted committee. In above factual background I am unable to repose any faith and confidence in the committee and in the procedure being adopted by them. I am, therefore, of the firm view that there would not be any gainful purpose in appearing before the committee in spite of my innocence.”
